What are the shipping costs?

Jacket Concept offers free shipping if the order exceeds the amount of 25 euros. 

I did not receive all the products from my order, what to do?

The order could be partially delivered due to various reasons. Please check the order confirmation if this is the case. If nothing is mentioned about a partial delivery, please contact us

To which countries does Jacket Concept ship?

Jacket Concept ships worldwide. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination. To calculate the right shipping costs, please use the table below:

The delivery times are estimates. During periods of sale the delivery times may be longer than usual and we won’t ship orders without confirmation of payment from the bank or credit card company. 

Can I trace my order?

Orders at Jacket Concept are always sent with the Ducth Post (PostNL). When your package leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a track & trace code. Using this code you can trace your package at: http://www.postnl.com/

Can I return my order?

Yes, returning an order is free of charge.

Procedure:
A 14 days trial period is applied to orders from Jacket Concept from the moment the product is in your possession. Within these days you can evaluate and fit the product. 

When receiving the order, please check immediately if the order is complete and undamaged. If there is something wrong, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Are you unsatisfied with the product than feel free to return the product. Products can be returned:
- Within the trial period of 14 days.
- If the product is complete.
- If the product is in original condition and packed using the factory packaging.

You can return the product using the return form that is attached in the received package. Always declare why you are returning the product. 

Return settlement
We will refund the amount of the returned goods within a week after receiving your package. 


Can I exchange a product?

No, it is not possible to exchange products. It is possible however to return your goods free of charge and to order new products.

Can I return goods from sale?

Yes, all products can be returned.

Does Jacket Concept charge a payment fee?

Ordering product at Jacket Concept is secure. We use the latest techniques to maximize the safety of your identify. This includes the implementation of a secure SSL certificate. Using SSL makes sure that all your information is sent encrypted. 

Can i cancel my order?

No, an order cannot be cancelled because orders are directly processed and shipped. You can however return your order. 

The product I like to order is not available, what to do?

If the product you like to order is out of stock, please sent us an email at info@jacketconcept.com. We will check our warehouse for availability and may offer you a comparable product.
